James Hawkins got his start in the game industry in 2000. Since then he has worked for several companies, perhaps best known as a concept artist for video games Unreal II , and Gears of War.

Oh at least now I know who's behind the concept art for Gears of War :)
pity we didn't see more of his female creations in GOW, come to think of it I can't remember any... but then i never finished it either....
I think the lady in the 3rd picture has had a wardrobe malfunction.
