Kanon is a Japanese visual novel with a wealth of media spin offs including two anime adaptations, 5 novels, three drama cd's and two manga. In addition nine official albums and a single related to the Kanon series have been released.
The opening theme is titled "Last Regrets", sung by Ayana.
