Ichigo Kurosaki 黒崎 一護 principal character from the anime and manga franchise Bleach by Tite Kubo.  First appearance, Bleach Episode 1, "A Shinigami is Born," 2004
An orange-haired 15-year-old teenager with the ability to see spirits. Gifted with Soul Reaper powers by Rukia Kuchiki a Soul Reaper who is forced to give him her powers in order to fulfill her duties.  He fights to protect people from evil spirits called hollows and sending good spirits, wholes, to Soul Society.

Considerate and thoughtful, worrying about his friends tends to put him in danger

Street Fighter X Tekken Character Art

2D fighting game from Capcom, Street Fighter x Tekken combines characters from the both Street Fighter and Tekken franchises. Leading the line up are Ryu, Chun-Li, Kazuya Mishima and Nina Williams headline. 

New Characters include:

Street Fighter, Zangief aka Red Cyclone
Russian hero whose love for his country outstrips anyone else, and to show the world the strength of his motherland, he fights day in and day out. He is a man with a finely honed body of muscle and power.

Tekken, Lili,
The daughter of a world-famous oil czar. She has a haughty, arrogant attitude but also a penchant for fighting.

Just to confuse the matter, Namco (publishers of the Tekken franchise) are set to release the 3d game Tekken X Street Fighter sometime in 2013.

Sequel to Final Fantasy xiii and set three years after the events of the first game.  FFxiii-2 uses a variation of the Active Time Battle (ATB) system and the Paradigm Shift system. The new system promises to address issues with the previous game.

FFxiii-2 features two new playable characters: Serah Farron, Lightning's younger sister, and Noel Kreiss, a mysterious young time traveler from 700 years in the future who uses dual combinable swords. Lightning the principal character from xiii-2 has gone missing in an unknown world and Serah and Noel set out to find her.

Lightning will be playable in the game though with brief appearances, in addition Snow Villiers and Hope Estheim  return but with drastically new appearances.

Other new characters include Caius Ballad, the bad guy, his companion Paddra Nsu-Yeul, a mysterious Pulsian seeress and Alyssa Zaidelle, a young girl with short blonde hair who works as part of the Academy organization as Hope's assistant.

The game's theme song for the Xbox 360 release is "New World" by Charice, while the PlayStation 3 releases is "Yakusoku no Basho" 約束の場所, "The Promised Meeting" by Mai Fukui
